Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, we meet at least once per week for 45 minutes.
For consistency and structure, we schedule a recurring, weekly time.
To receive the greatest benefit from therapy, it is important to be on time to your sessions. In the beginning stages of therapy, I value the importance of creating an environment where you feel comfortable to discuss and share what you would like to work on.
In the initial sessions, my focus is to build a rapport, and after getting to know you, I offer my feedback on what would be helpful to work on. I strongly believe in collaboration and envision the therapeutic process as a continuous dialogue, which is a crucial part of our work together.
